Job Description:
We are looking for a Spanish Customer Support Agent to provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking customers. This role is based in Greece and offers a Work From Home model within the country. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat while working in an international and dynamic environment.
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent Contract
Working hours: 40 hours/week | Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Shifts scheduled between 10:00 – 22:00
5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Start Date: 3 March
Training: Paid training – 14 days
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with product, service, and consumer-related inquiries
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Work according to rotational schedules, including weekends
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (C1 or higher)
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
- EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross salary: €1,100 per month x 14 salaries per year
- Productivity bonus: up to 10% of gross salary, based on performance
- Salary increase after 36 months: €1,150 gross/month

Relocation Bonus
- €300 gross after 3 months of employment (one-time payment)
- €500 gross after 9 months of employment (one-time payment)
