We are hiring Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agents to work on an international social media platform project.

Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)
Start date: 2nd March

Role Overview

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide high-quality support to users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring an excellent customer experience in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Meet productivity and performance targets
  • Collaborate with international teams

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Portuguese C1/C2 level and good English skills
  • EU citizenship OR valid work/residence permit for Greece
  • Availability to work on-site in Athens
  • Availability to work on a rotational schedule between 10:00 – 22:00 (including weekends)
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Salary & Benefits

  • €1,045.72 gross/month × 14 salaries
  • Productivity bonus: up to 10% of gross salary
  • Food allowance: up to €80/month (based on on-site working days)

Salary progression:

  • After 12 months: €1,100 gross/month × 14
  • After 36 months: €1,150 gross/month × 14
