Job Description:

We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international support team in Greece. The role offers the opportunity to live in Greece while working remotely within the country, supporting customers through multiple communication channels.


Contract: Full-time | 40 hours per week
Start Date: 9 March


Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, payments, and returns
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Work on rotational shifts, including weekends

Requirements

  • Italian language level C1 or higher
  • English language level B2 or higher
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts
  • EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece

Salary and Benefits

  • €1,100 gross per month × 14 salaries
  • Productivity bonus up to €300 per month
  • Additional performance bonus up to 10%
  • Salary increase after 36 months (€1,150 × 14 salaries)

Working Schedule

  • Rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00
  • 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Work From Home within Greece
